No, hotel accommodations must be purchased separately. However, 
Hacienda del Sol is discounting rooms for conference attendees:

• Early bird discount is good through Feb 28, 2026

• Conference room rates are in affect for 2 days before and 2 days after the conference if you would like to extend your stay

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations made 90 days or more in advance of the event date, will receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made 60-89 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
